The Reason for the Season It occurred to me that a common phrase during the holiday season is "Jesus is the reason for the season" Yes of course the best part of the season is remembering the example set forth by Christ to be kind to one another. To remember the importance of ingratiating one another by showing how much you care about your friends and family. Still on another token, it could be said that on a deeper level the season of winter is also traditionally a time for reflection and be grateful for the blessings of home. On that thought perhaps this winter you could think of a way to be kind to your family or your loved ones and share your love and kindness all through the winter season. On a personal note I hope everyone enjoys tidings of comfort and joy, may this christmas, Channukah, Kwanzaa or Winter Holiday bring you great love and happiness.
